Bitters are an aromatic flavouring liquid made from infusing roots, barks, fruit peels, seeds, spices, herbs, flowers, and botanicals in high-proof alcohol. We make each batch by hand, testing to make sure they’re the perfect blend to enhance your fancy cocktail.
